- Apply updates to workstations as needed.
- Light-duty hardware and software installation.
- Perform updates for Web sites
External IT Support
- Troubleshoot support incidents for members and prospects.
- Answer Web site related questions.
- Provide assistance for online courses.
Job Qualifications- Experience in information technology-related field.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
